I fully appreciate the purpose of a public forum. It allows people to anonymously post without the filter that would be applied to someone posting with their true identity. I get that.
My motivation was to point out that this place is not longer friendly to the military, which is shameful. That is my opinion, true.
In over 1800 post, you do little more than whine and add a tremendous amount of negativity yet you have done nothing to change your vector. You ARE part of the problem. Immediate moral is a crew thing. I have flown with great fellow pilots and had a blast on the road...regardless of the schedule. I have flown with pilots like you that make road life absolutely miserable with the constant whining (coupled with marginal performance)...usually way louder than the engines at T/O thrust. It just gets old and really speaks to the person the noise is coming from.
Bro, if life sucks that bad for you, change it. You want this place to burn down (your words) which clearly indicates your care and concern for those around you. You help Bobo and AJ make this the place it is...not what it could be. Again, YOU are part of the problem.

So you ARE gone yet keep coming back here. Again, why? That makes your participation here exponentially sadder. Nearly all of your post are on NJ threads...over 1800. Wow.
As for posting only positive things. Lets conduct a quick review. Go to the very top of this thread, that I started, and review it. Point out the positive nature of it. I'll wait. As for the union MB, do not post on there at all. It's filled with mostly angry people like you and as for censoring everything negative over there, you know for a fact that's not true. Do not let your personal anger, issues, and resentment allow you to spread factually incorrect information. In other words, do not flat out lie. Be better than that.
You think change comes from misplaced/misdirected anger and posting on an anonymous board. It does not...and never will. I would bet, not once, in your short tenure at NJ, did you engage with management directly to express your disdain or issues. Tell me I am wrong. As for me, I have personally challenged both the EMT and EB, in person and in front of a larger group. I am not adverse to a good challenge!
I am glad you found a better life for you away from NJA. Clearly, you were not happy and did what was best for YOU. That's important. But in no way shape or form have you put NJA in the mirror. You spend days on here injecting yourself right back in it, because that's where you feel most useful and comfortable. Clearly you are not a happy person wherever you may have landed. I trust you have found things that have not met your personal and professional satisfaction there either and are more than likely active on their boards as well.
I am sure we will see you back here spreading your hate and most will just shake their heads. You are probably the type that stands up in a kids movie and yells how it ends or slaps ice cream cones out of little girls hands. It emboldens people like you. It fills the void that should be filled with something more positive. I genuinely hope you find before your hate and anger consumes you. As for burning this place down and destroying the careers of thousands of people, I trust you would love to light the match and think nothing of it.

OG seriously let it go brother, life is way too short, he will pop up like a Jack in a Box, in any and all NJA threads , he is way over the top, to the cost of his own credibility, but it is a public forum, and hey it’s a free country. OG is ****ed at the EMT (and rightly so) over the newly discovered hostility toward Guardsmen and Reservists trying to work for NJ and also serve their country. He admits to challenging management on this and a host of issues.
Jetlife, although departed, continues to post on the fractional forum because he dislikes NJ management and voted with his feet and feels he is helping potential NJ new hires by acquainting them with some of the realities of the job ( and bashing NJ management while he is at it).
CA747 is a likeable soft seller of NJ as being a place that “works” for some, himself included.
And yet, somehow, OG and CA are on one side of this debate while Jetlife is on the other.
I know I’m slow, but I would have thought OG and Jetlife are more of a like mind than either will admit...

It’s all good, I’m sure he’s a nice guy. But it’s speaks to the sheer hypocrisy of some pilots. He would rather argue with me (WHO AGREES WITH HIS FRUSTRATION) than stick it to management, and that is the reason why NetJets pilots have what they have, and that’s exactly what management wants.
Whether 727C47 wants to admit it or not, we are friends on FB and talk warbirds now and then, which makes this all more hilarious ��
