Your opinion while working for an airline. Uniformed.
Christmas is actually not a big demand day. It’s pretty normal demand up until after Christmas leading up to NewYears.
For the rest following along, hiring will be picking up in 2020 as maximum efficiencies for the existing pilot force have been realized.

His point is that seniority at NJA doesn't get you holidays/weekends/birthdays/events off.

I agree. Resignation is far better than termination.
Hey Guard - stay positive. Plenty of airlines hiring right now and your military and Netjets experience should be appreciated. I just read that 68% of American’s pilots will be retiring within the next 12 years and Delta will have similar big retirements. Plus, it seems like Spirit, SWA and JB are big fans of Netjets pilots recently.

Bottom line is don't believe anything they tell you in indoce about "don't fly sick or fatigued" on your second fatigue call you'll get a call from chief pilot and three sick calls=termination!

Appreciate it, just sad that I put in a ton of effort for NJA, flew JS and got a hug which I heard he touches no one, had a wife give me a hug for telling her I wasn't comfortable taking off with wind shear being called on planes landing, that her and her kids safety where my complete focus, passed all the check rides etc, and basically get let go because they didn't believe me that my son and I got sick (at least the union found out exactly why). I would feel worse but they let 5 others go same way, last week of probation, and my incident occurred 8 months before!

Dude once again sorry you had to figure it out that way. NJA has a way of churning through people. Next time down in PBI ask about the previous CSR. Ask what the current CSR used to do and what happened to her. They eat people alive there.
File the AIR21 and let the pieces fall where they may. You are a federal whistleblower so unless you accuse Trump of something you are protected from having your name released. My guess is if they let 6 people go that way it will be looked into as it’s no longer a one off but part of larger issue.

No matter how many airframes they bring on, if they don't hire pilots, you will still have to sit down to pee in the Phenom. But you're right, that's "growth".

Okay simple as this.
Let’s start a wager, I say NJA nets15 total pilot positions in 2020. I’m willing to put in 100 bucks into the pot. Anyone want to bet me they net more than 15? I’ll throw in 2:1 odds
I’ll post the total pilots on property on Jan 1,2020 and on Dec 31, 2020 I shall post the number.

A principle bet?
