The Global 7500 will pay 10% more for both PICs and SICs when they come on property. All the others pay the same for each year of service, but as another mentioned, the current Globals, Gulfstreams, and 650s have 3 years or service for pay at 4% more per year of service.

Are aircraft assignments based off seniority so that you can bid into a new airframe or is it all based on company need?

39 months is such an unusual timeframe...
What would be considered a junior fleet (besides the Phenom 300 I’m assuming) on the FO side?

The 7&7 schedule is nice because you can plan your life more than 1 month ahead of time. When junior you'll get a line that starts on the weekend so you never get a full weekend off. When more senior you can get a mid-week start day so you have every other weekend off.
How long does it take before you can get a 7/7 line where you have full weekends off? I’m sure it varies between fleets, but just looking for a ballpark figure.

39 months is odd but the breakdown looks like this. 3 months to get you trained and 3 years for you to generate revenue.
Junior aircraft beside the phenom are the Latitude, XL, and Sovereign. 2015 hires are now holding the Challenger 350 and Longitude, and get close to the Challenger 650.
