NetJets just had a 2004 DOH early 40's Phenom Captain announce his departure for Delta. He would be around 40-50% down the seniority list for Phenom PIC's. At his age it's probably a good move money wise.

It’s 13 days per month, +/-2, averaging out to 13 over the 4 month schedule period.
Generally, it will be a 7 day and a 6 day, or an 8 and a 5 if you opt for long tours.
Could be as tightly packed as 6 on, 3 off, 7 on, 14-15 off. Or it could be more evenly spaced, like 7 on, 10 off, 6 on, 7-8 off. Your bidding preferences have some sway on how it falls.

This may be a question that has an answer that has been posted elsewhere but I haven’t been able to find it yet: Do NetJets pilots who are working on the CC72/CC76 schedules have any control over bidding days off during those trimesters? Let’s say I want to be home for a kid’s birthday - am I able to bid lines in the hope of being able to get that day off or is it all assigned by company scheduling w/o pilot input?

Like Flyfalcons said, you can set preferences for the upcoming month's schedule. (particular days off, holidays...)
However, the company is not obligated to honor those requests -- making it essentially a "Mother may I system" with no guarantees. Some months you get what you ask for, others you don't.
After the schedules are awarded, there is a system for bidding personal days off awarded in seniority order. There is also a secondary system for bidding personal days to be awarded on a "First Come, First Served" basis. We are limited to a maximum of 12 personal days per year.
We're also allowed to "slide" an entire trip backwards or forwards but these requests are on on a non-seniority "Mother may I" system as well.
Finally, unpaid leaves of absence are another option - but these are subject to company approval.
Other than the system for bidding personal days off, every other mechanism for schedule modification is subject to company approval. -- They are under no obligation to award anything.
