The problem here is that a vocal minority are trying to make this out to be some sort of big, divisive thing to our union, especially if there isn't another vote. But it's not. But I just think it would be smarter for the E Board to do a follow up quick and dirty survey so those opposed can’t argue that they were ignored.
I know it will be built, in cash. The money is already in the bank, not in a pilot’s pocket, and already spent in the minds of the EBoard and a large portion of the membership. Perfectly compliant with the bylaws. But still, not smart poker.

It is then when we will see what it entails and everyone will get a chance to comment on it. I don't think it will be nearly as restrictive as part 117 due to the cost to the industry. Hence why 121 freight was not included in the part 117 regs.
