Do I have a chance?

ATP rated, CL-65 type, 1900TT, no turbine time yet (waiting for IOE), only failure is CFI ride. No failures or rechecks during 121 training.

do I have a chance at NetJets or should I wait for some turbine time before applying?

I wouldn't worry about the CFI bust. My neighbor also busted his CFI ride. He just hit 1000 hours at PSA, has done his Sim and type ride for PIC. While waiting to start IOE Delta hired him.

NetJets wants 150 hours of instrument time: “150 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in flight excluding simulator time)”. Is this a hard minimum?
