-flys single pilot 135 to mins for past 8 years.
the +1 and +2 means they second and third the notion that no one has yet to post the info for the outsiders and would like to know what the specifics are.

Pay is by schedule and there's a lot to it with the year to year "cola" adjustment for the contract duration.
Then why don't you do what others have asked for, post what the highlights of the TA are and the speculation by the non NJ folks will stop.

Technically the full TA isn't out yet. Only primers of major sections.

With the convoluted schedule options it's hard to say what you consider a % increase. The only way to compare is If you use the base 7&7. I haven't done the math yet, sorry.

This is not true. I worked for CS before I came over to NJs. After NJs got their raises in 2007, it was CS that followed suite and raised their salaries to keep their pilots from leaving--I was there. It didn't keep me from leaving though. And I am looking to leave NJs now that the TA is so bad...

It's unfortunate that management doesn't realize the talent they have in place right now. Hopefully they learn before it is too late.

They won't. Unfortunately NJA will probably become a place for felons, scabs (edit: more scabs) and pilots with DUIs because if this industry becomes what we all think it will in the next 5-10 years, there will be nobody left to hire here.

As I said in one of my posts, it could have been the earlier raise. Point is, CS and NJ used each other to springboard a better pay scale.
