Is the term "fat" politically correct? I have to be honest when describing myself I prefer the terms "fluffy" or "metabolically challenged". Fat really cuts to the bone! ;)

So latest gossip-- Flight attendants are now being (or will be?) retroactively charged (paycheck deducted) for all pass travel dating back to Nov 2012, resulting in some of them not even getting a paycheck...I know this is a pilot forum, but what gives?

And they wonder why the flight attendants don't stick around. The way they treat them is disgraceful! If they didn't waste so much money on training flight attendants that quit within their first few months, we would be much better off financially.

Also was in FLL the other day and heard that there were was a theft in the FLL crew room (iPad) and from the cockpit of an unattended plane (headset). Don't leave your expensive stuff unattended.:mad:

I've had 2 things stolen out of an airplane, one was later returned, the other is still stolen.

The airplane I had from EYW-TPA the other day, the FO said that the headset belonged to someone else. I left it in TPA ops room and a note in the F/Os folder in FLL saying that his headset is there.

Reportedly Silver began a new hire class this past Monday with 12 BE-1900 F/Os. Also heard there are 3 new hire 1900 F/Os in sim training in YYZ.
