Can't lead from the rear.... You would have to clean house and have new experienced blood from other carriers to build a better union.

I will say without names, if you can think of someone that would do a better job than our current head of our union that actually wants the job please let us know. I think we are lucky to have that individual representing us. He works hard and genuinely cares about each of us here. If you have issues, problems, suggestions, or things you want changed just contact him and talk it out. He will listen. If people here want things changed be proactive but we are all lucky to have him representing us. If you don't think so, call him and talk it out.

So line improvement is over for August. As usual ALL my SWAPS where denied. Not drops... Not big pairings for small ones... EVEN swaps. So my curiosity is getting to me. Who else had this happen for August?

I agree fully , I can't think of anyone at Silver's current staff, that would do a better job. I wouldn't do his for a lot of money, very political and he is really good for that...
Lot of your Sh*t talkers on here have valid concerns but need to consider what that position truly consist of .
