Why is there a Saab at JYO (Leesburg, Va)? What events transpired to have a Saab land there?

According to flightaware all silver a/c in iad landed in the right places... in dulles today... also no saab flights to leesburg in the last few days. Did you see this airplane yourself? Did it have a silver paint job? Are you sure it wasn't Manassas?
