Worked with that pilot group longer than you, I know how they are both good and bad. Like someone else mentioned how many emails went out about how to bid etc etc it certainly isn't rocket science.

I'm still on the email for the union, and received an email today stating that pilots should not speak with the media. If something happened there, I hope the crew is safe. I don't follow this thread anymore, but I just wanted to pass this along. Take care guys. Good luck with everything.

HAHAHAHA this! This guy is officially the Shy of Silver.

I won't deny I defended Silver when the times were good like pre Knapp days which if you've been there long enough you know full well what I mean. Times are vastly different if you want to defend it that's fine but I call it as I see it, it changed for the worse rode it out a bit decided to leave and no regrets in that decision. I enjoy reading about my past company as do tons of guys on this forum. The sensitive Sally's get all worked up tho when someone cried foul o well not hear to please anyone.

Cruz -

It is disingenuous of you to come onto this thread and give anybody crap about anything at Silver. You were one of the biggest supporters when you were hired and defended the company while bending over backwards after so many others came on here and explained to you the goods, bads, and others.

You say you defended it when "times were good". I'd say that is just your way of trying to defend your actions. What slack would you give this pilot group that you are so quick to throw rocks at a few years from now when they have turned into the new Cruzes?

You're not the only one who calls it like we see it.
You have a serious case of selective short term memory.
If you can't see yourself in these same pilots and have a little more empathy, I think it is time that you found another favorite thread.

In his defense (and I hated the guy when I first met him (ChrisW, DOOOOOOON'T WORRY ABOUT IIIIT!)) the company Tony and I were hired at was much different than the abomination that is Silver today. Granted, I saw the ex CP today and he seemed (or at least pretended to) fairly happy, that doesn't speak for everyone.

My biggest worry is furloughs or even worse VPAA saying 'this isn't worth it '. I have many good friends still at Silver and don't want to see anything negative happen to them. Y'all were like brothers and sisters to me!

I did get to do a low pass over one of y'all tonight, there should be a video on the facyspace. You know me and videos.....
