New Hire info.

Greetings everyone,

What's the training like at Silver? Is it single room occupancy during the training?

Thank you for any insight. :D

Yup single room.

Training is VERY straight forward!

If I can do it you can do it.

Has Silver developed a CTP program in their training or do you need the written to start?

Does Silver still have its agreement with United? They are Cass correct? What are the schedules like?

You need the written, I only think there's two or three places where you can "train" for the written as of right now....which is BS....

Agreed, more companies are catching on though, the CTP programs are still being developed
