They did close CKB down. I think we are still finding pilots, mostly older people who retired to Florida.

Yet, less than a year ago, they were closing stations and bases with severe understaffing issues.

Don't see how they are going to support new flying.

12 month upgrades helps.

12 month upgrade ? Hard to do when first year new hires at best are flying 30-50 hours on average, well I guess it can be done if you show up to silver with 600-700 hrs already :) or bid iAd and hold a line fast, even then with all the maintanence and wx cancelations its almost impossible to upgrade in 12 months, but let's be honest, 2.5 year upgrade is still a lot faster then most regionals, plus you get to fly with a great pilot group in an awesome airplane :)
