What are the bases and upgrade time for a newhire now?

I am near Tampa about 20 minutes drive North on Hwy 589, they said upgrade is 18 months base is IAD initially then either MCO or FLL.

How long to get out of IAD, thought the IAD stuff was gone.

well the recruiter said 4-6 months max in IAD then either MCO or FLL. Well I thought I read it here they need IAD to connect pax of United.
