Can anyone share the average monthly take home pay for, lets say a 2nd year FO? Im seeing $35 an hour with a 75 hour guarantee. That's $2625/mo. But that's not a livable wage, ...right? I know other countries airlines allow beards, and I know Hawaiian allows them, but was unsure about Silver, or any others.

Any info would be appreciated (except your personal opinion on why you don't like beards)
