PR is supposed to be a temporary charter base for some puerto rican charter company over the summer supposedly. I don't know if they totally have permanent intentions there. It would be TDY for whatever crew goes there, so will be nice pay wise.

Not suprised at all with the IAD & ATL being outstation based. CLE was a base in the past then they switched it to PKB I believe. Anyways more expansion if the link works....
