CommutAir's new LOA looks pretty nice. $30/hour starting pay for FOs ain't bad at all. And no concessions whatsoever. Makes me glad we didn't vote our LOA in.

I read the bullet points. The hotel thing is very interesting. Silver management better step it up if they want to retain pilots. I'm so glad and proud our pilot group voted down the LOA.
