Copy. Anyone know how hard it is to get TPA as a Domicile?

I wish airlines would stop hiding the fact that they pay minimum wage by telling the news how much they pay per flight hour. The pay is the problem. Not the "pilot shortage".

Year before last... Most of the DECs were hired in the first half of 2012.

What's the upgrade running now?

Impossible to answer. Currently running between 2-6 years. Seniority is useless here at Silver.

How hard is it to get TPA?

You can say that again.

TPA used to run very senior, I don't know how it runs now since there's nothing but captains left there. I think FLL is plausible.

You could get any base right now. There are huge holes in every base on the FO side. As Sandrich said, there really is no sense of seniority either. If you ask the right person you'll get Any base you want whether you should or not... Things are ugly on the scheduling side right now so asking base or upgrade questions are only going to get you speculation.

TPA is relatively senior, the junior bases tend to be up north. But, we are losing FOs from EVERYWHERE in our system, so you won't know until you get on property. Regardless, if you don't get it right away, it shouldn't be more than a couple of months before you can pref bid your way down here
