If Silver is your number 1 choice, and you have time, I suggest you interview somewhere else first to get the experience.

I don't know the 40 question test but typically its pulled straight from the ATP question bank, mostly weather and regs.

Wear a suit & tie and black shoes. Firm handshake, look your interviewer in the eye and smile. If you really want to impress, bring a brief case with all your paperwork neatly organized with copies of your resume, medical, passport, fcc license, pilot certificates etc.
The general rule of thumb in an interview is to remain positive at all times. You don't hate flight instructing, you just feel its time to move on to the next stage in your career.
You get the idea. Good luck.

You could show up in a Canadian tuxedo and they would still want to have your babies. Silver cannot be choosy at this point.

Or you could bring your dog with you, rip ass when you shake hands, then crack open a bottle of Jack and offer the interviewer a shot!

Silver Airways

I'd do the Step Brothers routine: "Oprah, Barbara Walters, your wife. You gotta kill one, bang one and marry one. Go!!!"

Better yet, bring a friend to help you interview! I may be able to help with the Pan/Pam dilemma

Rumor:

Right seat qualified captains will not be kept left seat qualified in order to stop paying them captain pay and keep them bidding as FOs.

That is all.

I heard Tom Cooper was back in town. Take that DP!

Not surprising in the least.
