Hey are we still working on a flowthrough? I'm holding out on applying to the majors because I was told that the "flow" was eminent. It's been like forever since I heard that from our old chief. Is it still in the works? I know Medic flowed, anybody else?

Flow through? No one from silver has "flowed through" to anywhere nor will they. They never had a true flow through in the works. It was a preferential hiring agreement that failed. There is no way out of Silver to another major / legacy carrier except the old fashion way.
