Thats the key word. In a 121 operation in the united states atp minimums have been adopted. Tall Flyer are you from a different country or were not a aware of the atp mins? Serious question.

When you say "helps to be local, naturally".... you do realize that Indonesia and India are two different countries???

Iam aware of the atp minimums. I just enjoy flying and would love to do it for a career. If it doesn't work I can always activate my IT knowledge and make 85k a year starting out and go buy me a nice SR22 and work from home. Or I can fly a drone part time while making 45k starting and do my IT work for 85k from home and make 130k a year. I have options. Call me dumb but I know of guys that are currently doing this and said the hell with being a professional bus driver working for minimum wage.

You could always buy a 150 and fly it 30-40hrs a week till you get to ATP mins.

Why am I posting in this thread?

Besides the fact that making 85k a yr won't even come close to affording an SR22 you should probably just forget the airlines entirely if you think it's merely a bus driver position.
