I'll post back after I meet with them. It sounds like there are some new things happening in Florida.
Can you give some info as to the new things in Florida? What are the chances of flying out of MCO or central Florida? I understand the junior base is IAD what would the next junior base be? |
You guys get many pax on the flights to LWB from ATL or IAD?

Lololol!!! New things in Florida? Nothing new is happening or will happen. If any thing they will probably close their doors. When I was hired I was told I "would be flying my ass off, and will upgrade in 6months." That never happened. Sat on reserve the whole time i was there and barely flew. There was a time where all i did was Deadhead the entire system for 3 days.
Mickey Mouse Operations is the best way to put it. Crew Scheduling, Dispatch, and upper management have no idea what they are doing. Wish the new hires the best of luck. |

Umm I fly my ass off. That must been a while go
But GearOperator's sentiment is spot on, the Company is shrinking, flying is being reduced, and the overall number of block hours available to the pilot group is being reduced as the Company's inability to staff it's airline is becoming more and more apparent every day. That and the operational control here is laughable at times. |

This is just a bid? Have they re-won this flying, or is there still a chance they'll lose it?

Silver Airways
If Sliver has their hands in it, I'm sure they'll screw it up!!. With the rate they're losing people, they'll be lucky to staff the Florida operation.
