To anyone attending future classes, PM me for the list of Immediate Action Memory Items and the Aircraft Limitations. We have permission from the training dept to give these to people, and it will definitely put you ahead of the game if you come to the first class with these memorized verbatim, especially DECs (you guys have a ton of stuff to memorize).

Same here. So Sandrich doesn't get blown up by everybody, you can shoot me a PM and I'll get the Memory Items and Limitations out to you. Not everybody on here has the "Nobody helped me, so why would I help you guys" mentality... |

Reading all this doom and gloom sure is discouraging. I don't see how training here is different than another other turbo prop operator. I'd known several to pass Dash-8, EMB-120, etc training with 200-300 hours. Many of which have less than 10 hours of actual. I hope it's a matter of good attitude and willingness to learn getting thru training at Silver as it is anywhere else.
Still discouraging though. Hmm. |
