We lost a 4th this morning. A guy that had been struggeling all along, and was still in the CPT, hadn't been sent to MCO with the rest of us. Was sad for him when I saw him out side of the office of one of our management. I feel bad for people when that happens.

What happen now with this guy? Does he has to pay the $24k anyway?

I believe the contract precludes failure of the training event.
