I think 6 out of 10 in my class were AFW, I was in the September 6th class. Not sure what it looks like for the class running right now though. Any DEC will be AFW.

guess my question should have been…

is training in Fort Lauderdale? because when I looked them up also saw France as a training spot
how long is training? Wasn’t able to find that anywhere

Indoc and ground was out of FLL for a month. Then you either go to MIA or HOU for sims. Time between indoc and sims seem to be anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks.

I know everyone is looking for pilots, so besides that, if you apply and get a call and get offer…..how long after that are they classing up?

Can't speak for the company directly, but with my experience, they offered me any of their next upcoming class dates when they called me to offer me the position (next business day after my virtual interview). The first upcoming class was within two weeks of the offer over the phone.

Fairly quick, a couple/few weeks to hear back after applying and 6-8 weeks before ground.

Any discussions on pay raise

Hello current pilots,

With the current regional pay hike, does silver have any plans for pay raise

WarniWarni 12-01-2022 08:38 PM

Probably not considering they are one of the only regionals still hiring 1500 hr cfis
