Listen. Nobody said, first year FO pay anywhere in the regionals is a walk in the park. The way the payscales on this very site and the "Most JR BE-1900 Cap't times" express it is, at the 6 month stage, you're making $7/hr more than FO's at PSA, you're already making the same as a 5 year FO at Colgan. Am I wrong? Yes or no? Further. It's a 2 year contract you can come out of with Turbine PIC. |

If you want to change industry first and second year FO pay, contact your union reps. Unions are the ones who take the payroll allocation given by the company and parse it into scale. The company only approves the proposal. There comes a time when you have to realize the crappy situation the airlines have turned into and try finding the silver lining in this "Fantasy Island"-like reality.
