I've heard from people in the know that if it doesn't pass, Mgmt isn't coming back to the table to bargain. They will put the money into signing bonuses for new FO's. This is a LETTER of Agreement. It is not a TA. This changes nothing about the contract. The amendable date doesn't change. No the pay isn't what I was hoping it would be, taken as a whole this is huge step in the right direction. I've heard a lot of "If we vote it down, mgmt has to come back to the table." They do not. If they want to put this money into a signing bonus, the Union & pilot group has NO control over it. Don't screw this up for everybody

In any event, there's still several FOs who've given notice after this LOA was announced. It may not be having quite the effect management was hoping it would have.

After watching the "Hitler finds out about CommutAir's LOA video", I am a def yes vote. Also, when you leave the crew rooms and really take a moment to think about it, its a pretty sweet deal. We all get a pay raise for absolutely nothing starting April 1st. I have mouths to feed yo.
