Silver airlines complaints . . .
Wow... is Silver Airways the worst airline ever or are the level of online customer complaints normal for all airlines ?? (just search Silver airlines )
I'm not trying knocking Silver, just trying to get a real view of the airline.
It seems that their planes are either always broken down or the flight is canceled, lost luggage etc. Rude staff in the Bahamas (that's a shock..lol)
Biggest beef seems to be lack of a customer service phone number. They had so many complaints that they've just put an answer machine to take unreturned messages on.
Now l know that more people are going to shout complaints rather than complements but my question to anyone working there is...
How true are the complaints and do the crew really have to walk through a group of hostile passengers everyday ?
Will the service get far worse when flight to Cuba start ?
