Saw this on Facebook today. Might be worth checking out just for the drinks and food.

No? There’s a difference between liquidation and sale of assets.
Sale of assets means the company will be sold while continue operating.
One journalist says liquidation, let me know how that person all of a sudden speaks for the company. Read the court filings before believing an ill informed journalist.

I suppose you are correct....can’t see very many guys staying through a, “ liquidation.”
But who knows...good luck to those still there.

...it’s not a liquidation. Reading comprehension fail.
Follow me-
A sale of assets must be completed to the prospective ‘buyer’.
The buyer will create a ‘new’ company with a new name, the company can continue DBA (doing business as) PenAir.
The company can continue to operate without disruption through this process. If you’ve followed the bankruptcy (by your single comment in this thread, I’m guessing you haven’t), it’s been known the money will be ran out by winter, which is the reason for the “rapid sale”. Because the sale will be pushed through before the money runs out, here it is again, the company will be able to continue operation.
By the way, did Kalitta hire you?
