It's about as stable as any EAS route. Plus, they intend to expand the Embraer fleet and park all the JS41's as they move towards 121 certification. Not sure if it has changed, but benefits were the only drawback to working there in the past. Insurance premiums were high for not great coverage. No 401k matching.

As for the type requirement, I would apply. They have to send you to school either way. And the schedule is likely Day trips starting and ending in MCN daily. I did a route like this for them in VCT on a JS32

That's good. They always said it would come back when they did away with it. They were in a transition phase at the time. The new CEO has done great things with the company

Does anyone KNOW if they have they filled the Macon EMB-145 Captain positions, yet? (Their website still have the positions, but sometimes HR takes their time removing filled positions.)

CP says they still need both Captains and FO's for the MCN run. I am waiting for his permission to give out his direct email.

- 84k starting salary plus per diem.

- 2 weeks paid vacation to start.

- Schedule is generally day trips only mon-fri, weekends off, except for the occasional MX and owner trip. Home every night.

- Company provides iPads for scheduling and charts. We have KCM and are in the process of getting CASS and travel benefits with a few airlines including Southwest.

I'm a current first officer here and its not a bad place to be. Commuting will suck, but if you live around Pittsburgh, its a really good gig.

Minimums for Captains are around 2500 TT but if you have an ATP and some jet experience, they are pretty lax about it. Company will provide the type rating. You'll go to CAE in Dallas. At this time there is no contract.

CFM is a growing company and undergoing some changes right now, but there are a lot of good things coming. If anyone has any questions or wants more info, feel free to reach out.
Has this position been filled?
