Youd be a great fit as a PIC. ATL isnt the biggest base, by far, but turnover is constant as pilots move along. If you are living in domicile and not TDY elsewhere, youll be home every other night. BTQ hires for the base, so either youll wait for awhile to be hired or commute for a few months before getting the domicile that you prefer. The latter is more of a sure deal, the former is a bit iffy. PM me, if youd like to visit.

That's the biggest concern. Do you see your home base in the 8 days that you are on duty or are you gone 100% of the time. Does anyone know the pay scale difference? I have a good 7-8 years left and want to make sure its with the right company. Thank you in advance for your help.

At Plane Sense with 4200 TT you would upgrade quickly, or even come in as a Direct Entry Captain. As for overnights in PDK Im not sure as Im PSM based but last rotation on I had 3 days of home standby and the rotation before I had a PSM overnight where I was released at 11 PM with a 4 PM report the next day.

I don't think Boutique is the company you want. Let me put it this way- in my time there the pilot roster typically varied between 120 and 150. You could count the number of pilots over the age of 40 on one hand. There's a reason late career pilots aren't there.
