What is the latest on hiring trends here? Also, how does the mandatory flow to SKYW work? Wondering if you got hired how long could you stay until they made you flow to SKYW and it looks like you flow there and are a Captain skipping the first officer jib there. Is that still even a viable plan since they aren’t really short on Captains at SKYW now?

Wright check your PM... Yes they are hiring SIC, slowly but some hiring taking place... They recently added 8 CE560 and brought many of the drivers with them, however word is they will need to add a few more drivers so perhaps some added hiring there...

Hey 303
Have not heard anyone in Management say more aircraft were on the way... We currently have to the best of my knowledge 9-30 seat CRJs/ 7 Biz jet CRJ/ 21-30 seat ERJ/ 1 Biz jet ERJ and now 8 XL/XLS... Of the fleet there are a number that are not in service... Schedules vary but 12 days off is the standard... You can only request days off there is no real bid system yet... Hopefully some Scheduling software will arrive in 2026... Good luck in 2026...
