the problem with this thought is the people who are still out or on reduced schedules are either 1) worried about their susceptibility for infection or 2) made other plans expecting to be out for the entire 120 days. I am on the 8/20, returning to full schedule in July due to plans my wife and I made the end of the month.

I do agree that we need to be doing as much of the flying as we can within the company, but given the uncertainty of things you can’t fault guys and girls for making other plans expecting to be reduced or out of work for longer.

Just an update of sorts on DPJ - I guess they are starting to at least look at and respond to some applications. I just received the TBNT email from them - but I am not typed on any of their aircraft and I’m sure tons of applicants are so no big surprise there.

Thats good news! Also heard September is still the projected start date for new hire classes.

It came a little later than the previous ones. I was told pilots will be at full strength by July 15. Five weeks ahead of schedule. Nothing really new for those of us in the pool. He just said to expect things to begin moving fast.
