Get your CFI, and try to get on instructing for them; without float time that is pretty much the only way at Kenmore.

If you want to build float time without instructing, look into other operators like NW seaplanes, or the dozen others hiring right now in SE Alaska. Might have to put in some SEL time, and build SES on the empty legs, but I know plenty of people who have built up their time that way. Good luck

I talked to them at the NW Aviation Trade Shop in Puyallup, WA a few weekends ago. They seemed like a great bunch of people. I've spent 2500hrs in the State of Alaska, if you want to make quick cash for a summer, don't bother with Kenmore, just fly floats out of Lake Spenard or ANC.

If you are a corporate beaver pilot you can make some good scratch but the line guys at Kenmore I don't think do very well at all.
