Kenmore Air Questions

Kenmore Air Questions
I have some specific questions about Kenmore Air.
A little background. I am a few years away from retiring 20 years from the Navy. Pretty good retirement so I am looking for quality of life more than huge money. I have my ATP, 2500 hours, but no seaplane time…yet. Kenmore is my “dream” job but I need to figure out the reality.
Q: How many seaplane hours do I need in order to be considered for their seaplane operations?
Q: What is a typical day/month like for their seaplane pilots?
Q: What is a typical day/month like for their Express pilots flying Caravans on wheels? I don’t mind working 12 or 15-hour days. I’ve done that in the Navy a lot. I‘m just not looking to do it 20 days per month.
Q: Is the pay scale on airlinepilotcentral.com for Express or seaplane pilots?
Q: Any other good gouge?
Thanks for any info.

Did I read that chart right? $30k a year for a floatplane pilot? That must be for the wheel captains. Anyone know what a guy with experience keepin the Beaver wet can make over there? Just wonderin. Does it compare to Rusts in ANC?
Thanks,
Ronin

There was a good article in the Seattle Times about these guys in the late 90's. Some Beaver guys were making 80k+. A lot of the flying is seasonal and airline pilots with float time will fly for them during their vacation and days off during the summer.
