I wish I knew more a about Mayo, I've run into their pilots on the road here and there they never complain, seem happy and say if you want to fly 135 and want to live in Denver then they're probably the best in the area.

Mus, I did the same exact thing man, instructed and rode right seat in a King Air for a bit and made sure every bit of turbine, no matter how little it was, was on my resume. Where are you instructing on the east coast? I'm trying to get back to new england and fly there. Right now I'm sort of near where you want to live, about 600 miles due south, its good time and money but not where I want to live.

JPilot, I'm in Charleston, SC instructing at the AFB's aero club. I work in the base as a DOD civ so it's easy around the corner commute. Daniel Webster seems to be always looking for instructors. From what I've seen up there they seem to flow there folks to Cape Air and Alpha. Last I heard DW required a 4-year degree and a 2-3 year contract.

One thing anyone considering Key Lime might consider is this: they have a "pay for time" FO program on their website. I would be VERY WARY of going to be an FO for an airline that also has pay-for-time programs.

I guess it would be as easy as saying "I didn't pay for my FO job, I actually got my FO job." But nonetheless, we should boycott any company that has FOs who pay to fly there. Punish them for having such a program by refusing to work there.

Right on MUS, I've got several friends at cape air, I know a decent bit about it now, I've considered interviewing there but am probably going to wait til the holidays are over and weigh my options at that point.

JPilot, I'm in the same boat. I'm going to have to see what's going on for me over the holidays. Then after that I'm reopening the floodgate of resumes. Heading to Pueblo on Monday to speak with Doss Aviation about doing the initial flight screening for the USAF Lt's and USN Ensign's.
