Default Baron Aviation

I searched the forums, but could not turn up much information on Baron Aviation. Does anyone have any info on pay, QOL, aircraft maintenance, etc. I've sent them a resume, and I'm trying to find out a little more about them.

Thanks.

From what I've heard, it is extremely rare. Usually have to have something on the resume between the feeder and the FX move...

Typical feeder operation. Secure job but pay is low. Fedex owns the planes and they are kept in fine condition.

I used to fly freight for a small outfit and my shared an outstation with 2 Fed X guys. They told me that Baron Av sent them to Pan-am for training. They made about 38-40$g a yr. They had fairly good, easy routes and liked working their. One guy was a F/O from Frontier. Pilots there rarely quit so it was tough getting a route where you wanted to live. This was back in late 2006 early 2007. Don't know if things have changed.

38-40 is a little high. I know if you want to live in the Northwest look at Empire. They are looking for Caravan pilots.

Well, I saw that Baron is starting at around 37 so my mistake. I know others that started a little lower than that, closer to 34.
