I applied there back in March for the Eclipse FO spot. I have 2300TT and 1100ME. I called them a month after sending in my resume and told me that they had a backlog of resumes and mine would be coming up soon. I know this isn't really what you are looking for right now but maybe it will help if you decide to apply.

Not approved for FIKI. Still working on Weather Radar( it has one, but it does not interface with the displays, so you can't see it.). Still working on GPS (same issue as wx radar). VOR DME NAV only. No NAV function on autopilot. No RVSM.

FIKI - It is reported that it's complete and paperwork is in the FAA's hands, should be announced shortly.
Dual Garmin 400W's are being tested, installed and will be certified in August.
"Dual Garmin® GPS 400W units that provide enroute and terminal GPS navigational guidance with autopilot coupling and Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) capabilities for Localizer Performance with Vertical Guidance (LPV) approaches. The units also offer integrated navigational source selection and flight path overlay integrated on Avio NG's navigational displays."
RVSM operations have been approved for quite some time.

So he's still got 2 of 4.
FIKI= This is pathetic, how can you be non-FIKI 1.5yrs after your first delivery(which was how late in the first place?
GPS= This is just as bad as the FIKI issue. When they were giving folks a 396 handheld to get around is just sad.
Don't get me wrong, I think the Eclipse is definately a one of a kind and awesome machine, but unfortunately they weren't really prepared for all the issues they incountered.
I worked for a 135 company that was getting delivery of serial #4, so I was privy to some of the problems. After finally taking delivery in June (Yes, june, the first customer delivery was at the begining of the year, but that was just a publicity stunt anyways), they grounded that one again because of another issue from manufacturing, my boss at the time decided he was tired having his money tied up and no results. This was the same time they restricted them to VFR only due to the Pitot-system having a freezing issue, and they were delivering them with the promise that you'll eventually get the speed mods with at least a 2-week downtime, and maybe they'll have the Avio figured out too.

The HEF closure and Caravan sales don't sound great.
Wasn't trying to hijack with the Eclipse question, but the troubles with that aircraft don't seem like they'd have helped the company any ... (and the FIKI thing seems that much more likely to be an issue with Linear vs DayJet).
Any more info on QOL, scheds, benefits, etc?
