Its somewhere in the FARs. Off the top of my head 500 hrs Plus. Then it depends on the insurance company. PIC Charter mins for 135 IFR are 1200 TT and 500 XC and again the insurance company has the final say. A few years back I was a co on a LR31 with low time.
Be careful with these charter opps in florida. A lot of then are fly by night and opperating in the gray. The other thing they do is want you to pay for training on the front end before you show up to work. I wouldn't do that. That has disaster written all over it.

I will second what loudgarrettdriver said about some of the companies "fly by night" They will do the min. they can do get the job done. If you have an incident, YOU will be the one hosed. Is it worth your license?
Time requirements are the Standared 135 mins. for the most part. (1200 Hours) Some may make exceptions for FO's but not Capt.
