BOS has about four positions for FO's to bid on. As far as staying busy, you don't really sit around much if you don't want to because Cape Air does not have a reserve board and never will as far as management is concerned.

That says we're still hiring. *shrugs*
As far as the union, I hear that nothing is really going forward quickly with the Teamsters. I do know that there is a bit of a push for an in-house union (CAPA), but that's just what I hear. I'm new on property so someone else who's been around can chime in.
