sorry, that was confusing. fo pay 9/hr capt 15/hr for first year. what i was saying was that there are so few first officers on the 402 (like half a dozen) that it is not reflective of what the pilots get paid. also there is overtime pay available.

A friend of mine is finishing up in an FO class as we speak, and I'm scheduled for the next FO class.
Of course, if you work there, you'd have a better idea than I do and can set me straight!

Yeah, the 10/6 class is mostly FOs. Not sure about the 10/20 class. There are quite a few people who do SIC work who don't appear as such on the seniority list, i.e. mail pilots who aren't flying the mail that day.

There are about 15-18 FO's on the property for the winter months. The hope is the majority of them will have their ATP min's by the summer of 2009 and upgrade. We are growing and buying a/c, it is a great place to work.
For the pay, figure 40 hours per week at $9/hr. Most FO's will probably work 45 hours per week, so add 5 hours at 13.50/hr (OT rate).
$360 + $67.50 = $427.50 per week. When the FO's gets 1200 hours TT they take a PIC ride and get a pay raise to $11/hr, you can figure the number from there. When they get their ATP they go to $15/hr.
Hope this helps. [email protected] for more information.
