Do they let you know if you are not hired? I interviewed this Monday and haven't heard back. Seems like a fine company to work for sure hope they call.

Usually takes couple days for them to call back

got call today,, 2700 hours 121 exp. coast guard exp. and they did not want me. i am upset by it, cape air seemed like a very nice company.. i felt the interview went very well also with steve. anyway best of luck to all at cape air.

that really sucks...best of luck...i'm wondering what that'll mean for me...i'm just a little rj jockey with 1000/300... i would do anything at this point for a little QOL...

lol, you're probably too experienced! Sad, but I'm sure they are afraid you will move on as soon as things pick back up again. Darned if you do, darned if you don't. Don't you just love this biz!?

That and the fact that they have hired quite a few pilots recently, and now there are more than enough pilots.

with those times, most people would just be happy they have a part 121 job... let alone in a jet... stop whining.

Me, I'd stick around at your regional until you have ATP mins if you're interested in coming here. C402 FO pay isn't exactly great, and SIC time in an RJ looks a lot better than SIC time in a 402.

I completely agree, and you probably said it nicer. Not in the too far past when I had 1000hrs, I was still instructing in 152/172's because there wasn't really anything else out there. Even with the 1400 I had when I left I was still low-time. Luckily I got into freight and it's taken me many places............at night, but it also got me my current job too.
