Cape Air

Man, I hope so. I've been waiting since they offered me the job back in September. First it was the October class, then the first Monday in November, then it was "hopefully" late January - early February.

Hey smithee6. Are you already in class at Cape Air? Which round of furloughs were you in at OH. I'm in the next round in January and have looked at Cape Air, but from the sounds of it, it'll probably be a few months before they start hiring again...

Just found out that we did win the BWI stuff. Its scheduled to start in March of this year. As for hiring, we do have a class in Jan, but its for a couple of upgrades and some people who've been on LOA. With the BWI flying Im sure they/ll have more new hire classed but none have been announced as of yet.

Think you meant LNS (PA, not TX), and should HGS be HGR (Hagerstown, MD)? I know HGR had service to PHL a few years back.
Anyone know if they will hire directly into the BWI base, or will it become a senior base year-round with a lot of senior guys transferring south?

Yea you're right, its Lancaster PA, and Hagerstown, my bad... There's gonna be a bid coming out for it in the near future. Whether it goes senior or junior, nobody really knows. It's a short contract (only March 09 to Sept 09), so I doubt it'll go very senior, but we'll see.
