I don't understand what is going on with Cape Air or what it takes to get a job there. They are advertising for pilot positions all over the place, and I understand they have tons of resumes on file. They say they are fully staffed, but yet they might have a class soon, but I haven't gotten a response, yet from HR about future classes.

Cape Air has never once been properly staffed until now... They have constantly had ads everywhere; just because you see an ad right now doesn't mean that they're hiring right now, it means they're recruiting for a season. With the summer season being their busy season, they're gonna put ads out to start recruiting early. All you can do is turn your stuff in and wait for the call.

More hiring? I mean, I'm all about getting more people beneath me on the list, but as of today I've flown 36 hours this month. SJU is unbelievably overstaffed. Oh well, it's above my pay grade!
