Thumbs up SATSAir Forced Landing

Glad to hear that no one was injured in the SATSAir emergency landing on a road in Nort Port, FL on Friday evening. (AeroCab27).

Does anyone have any "reliable" information on the cause of the engine problem that apparently caused the emergency landing.

Hats off to another successful landing and the pilot who accomplished the feat.

Hmm, Aerocab 27? What's the tail number on that bird? I think I might have flown that one a long while ago.

Glad to hear everyone is OK.

How's SATSAIR doing these days anyway?

Satsair is doing GREAT....only 9 planes permanently grounded(mechanical...lack of parts(engines)..) but business is still holding up. By the way ...that pilot in Fla. did a great job! and didn't pull the chute!

Is SATSair going to be hiring anytime soon?

I think so. We only have 17 Pilots(not counting mgt.) so I think we will be hiring soon. Good Luck in your job hunt!

There are furloughed pilots to be called back before any hiring takes place.
