Congratulations on getting a call.
That is something that shouldn't be taken lightly today!
Key Lime has been discussed extensively on APC.
Before dropping an open question like that on the forum though, I suggest using the Advance Search engine on APC and searching for thread titles with "Key Lime" in the title only. I found 6 such threads just with the general search function on the first page of searches.
After you have read through all of that information you might have a better idea of the company and be able to ask some specific questions.
Good luck.

It is a pay to play gig that has been the topic of many threads before. I can sum them up for you.
You pay a lot of money to work as an FO for a plane that requires only one pilot. Everyone is going to tell you not to do it. Some people try to justify paying for a "job", and if they do, they are more to blame for the state of the industry more than any evil airline management.

I'm not sticking up for them I just thought I'd point out that they do hire real pilots

Key Slime is looking for PICs right now. They have been calling a bunch of people, but most of them are turning it down.. why?
Pay: $100day/5days week
Training Pay: $60/day, appx 3 weeks.
18 month NON-PRORATED training contract.

I got an offer to interview for a PIC postion. Like others have said, I turned it down. The contract is for 18 months, full value, so if you leave after 17 months and 28 days you still pay the whole thing.
Also if you upgrade, it is a new contract for 18 months again.
Pay as mentioned sucks...and if I heard it right you can't take vacation until after 12 months. Not sure about the last part, by that point I no longer had interest in them.

What aircraft is that for? I could maybe see it for a 404 or the 'jo, but no way for a Metro.
Sad to think I made $100 a day flying a Caravan... IN 1998!!! (in today's dollars, that is around $135 or around $8000 more per year.) Oh, and our contract was 12 months prorated.

If it's not pro-rated, if you left after 11 months you still owe the full 12,000?
