I was hoping others would want to chime in, but I guess the 135 board is not as popular as the others. Just goes to show, most pilots want to be airline types.

I looked at .363. (e) is saying that if you operate a small non-transport category aircraft, then you have to comply with 135.399. When you look at .399, it tells you that if you fly a small non-transport category aircraft that is covered by 135.169, then you have to comply with .399.
That is the way I see it for now.
