I was hoping others would want to chime in, but I guess the 135 board is not as popular as the others. Just goes to show, most pilots want to be airline types.

Look this up and tell me what you think.
135.363(e) Each certificate holder operating a small nontransport category airplane shall comply with 135.399.

Ziggy:

I looked at .363. (e) is saying that if you operate a small non-transport category aircraft, then you have to comply with 135.399. When you look at .399, it tells you that if you fly a small non-transport category aircraft that is covered by 135.169, then you have to comply with .399.

That is the way I see it for now.
