Telling people to grow up and fly something bigger than a twin otter before you'll talk to them?????
Really?????
Time for you to grow up!
You sound like an idiot that gave me crap for flying a CitationJet at an FBO. Thought he was so cool flying his hawker verses "baby jet". Didn't want to crush his 8 year old personality and show him my ATP with my full time job Type Rating: 747
Grow up!!! If he has a dream then kick a$$ and make it happen. Fly floats and go to bed at night happy!

There's corporate seaplane flying too, lots of that up here in the NW. I had to be an airport bum during my younger years to acquire float time.
Just as said before, no one really rents them. You have to mooch time, or buy a seaplane. And when you buy a seaplane with no time, no one will insure you.
