Hey guys:

Yes its true if you meet the captain mins its easier to get hired. Captains who wash out are generally made FO's. And they have plenty of FO applicants. As a stepping stone its a pretty decent company and some people find its just right for the long term. Not many.....
Expect 500 hours a year and if you get more then great. Somebody mentioned Skyway? I think they're done. Saw a Shorts in Hawaii. But the cost of living.

Besides the starting captain pay isnt that bad. I heard the pilots just got a raise.

Skyways is done, all but 1 route/plane.

And yes ... fairly substantial pay raise effective in February. My guess it'll be posted on APC in the next few days.

Skyways was a terrible company. Their owner was a POS. Their DO's were POSes.
Good riddence I say.

Do they really cut FO pay for year three? LMAO if true...

I have, but I'd love to continue flying the SD3 and upgrade someday so ACC is more appealing at the moment.

Probably a typo, no 3 year FOs at the company. Most upgrade once they hit 1200 hours.
