There are many pax 135 companies out there operating turboprops single pilot, I don't know about jets though.

Yes, there are 135 pax companies that operate turboprops single pilot in the lower 48. I worked for one operator, they had a single-engine pressurized turboprop.

That's not true at all. You most certainly can fly single pilot 135 IFR pax operation with an auto pilot in lieu of an SIC. It states it very point blank in the Regs; FAR 135.105. My company is certified single pilot IFR in pax carrying operations. So was my previous 135 outfit.

Wow, I guess I should expect a whole bunch of violations for the seven years I flew 135 single pilot pax.
